On July 30, 2021, Zhiyuan Industrial Co., Ltd. completed the final set of analysis and testing equipment testing and calibration in the Material Laboratory of the Innovation and Development Center, marking the formal completion of the first phase of the construction of the Innovation and Development Center. The three main functions of the Innovation and Development Center's Material Laboratory, Technical Innovation, and Process Innovation have all entered the actual operation stage.
1、 Materials Laboratory
The materials laboratory is designed according to the CNAS national laboratory standards and is dedicated to analyzing the performance of various raw materials, including four major functions: composition analysis (including RoHS2.0), mechanical performance analysis, thermal performance testing, and optical testing. All 29 sets of analytical equipment use high-end international and domestic ultra precision analysis instruments, with the ability to quickly identify abnormal points from raw material development, process performance testing, and auxiliary production lines, Better ensure the safety, environmental protection, efficiency, and stable operation of the production and manufacturing process.

 

 

2、 Technological innovation
