On April 12, 2021, Zhiyuan Industrial's Huizhou factory officially put into use a fully electric injection molding workshop with high-quality customers, supporting a complete set of automated post-processing processes such as transfer printing, silk screen printing, and assembly.
The first phase of the precision injection molding workshop has 35 injection molding machines with a tonnage range of 60-90 tons. The Haitian Plastic Machine Changfeiya medium and high speed motor is selected, which has the ability to produce precision structural components and other thin sheet injection molding. At the same time, it is equipped with a 5-axis high-speed robotic arm from Tusda, effectively optimizing the injection molding cycle and picking time. Compared to the original workshop, the production cycle of similar components is reduced by 10%.
At present, the precision injection molding workshop has produced unmanned machine blades and other products for customers in Dajiang. During the high-level strategic talks between the two sides, the client of DJI provided multiple mature automated post-processing equipment. In order to further improve production efficiency and turnover rate, Zhiyuan Industry is developing blade processes from injection molding, transfer printing, to supporting packaging, using automated grasping and turnover methods to complete all actions in a one-stop manner, further optimizing labor costs and enhancing competitive advantages.
Zhiyuan Industry will continue to invest in increasing injection molding production capacity, and is expected to continue adding 44 fully electric injection molding machines with a capacity of 150-230 tons in the second half of the year to meet the growing demand for orders from various customers.
