Chee Yuen Industrial - Hardware business department is a professional hardware stamping division that integrates the production of stamped parts with the development and fabrication of stamping molds. This business department was established in 1997 and introduced Hong Kong Tungtai stamping production lines to become a hardware stamping processing factory that has begun to take shape.
The Hardware business department covers an area of 3,000 square meters. It has obtained ISO9001 quality system certification and ISO14001 environmental management system certification. It has the qualification of a general taxpayer of value-added tax as well as own self-operated import and export rights.

Equipped with a range of 25-250 ton punch presses, the Hardware Division undertakes various hardware stamping processes. It can complete in-house processes such as metal stamping, tapping, riveting, and assembly, as well as outsourcing surface treatments including plating, painting, powder coating, electrophoresis, and anodizing for hardware stamping parts.
The Hardware business department has various series of punch machines in a range from 25 to 250T and undertakes the processing of various types of metal stamping parts. We can complete a kind of processing in the factory such as metal stamping processing, tapping, riveting and assembly processes and outsourcing to complete the surface treatment of electroplating, baking paint, powder spraying, electrophoresis and anodizing of metal stamping parts.

As a professional stamping processing factory, Chee Yuen is also capable of designing and producing hardware stamping dies up to 4 meters in-house. The company's products are widely used in 3C, home appliances and office automation industries. More than 70% of the hardware molds and hardware stamping products are directly exported and mainly supporting well-known Fortune 500 companies such as Sony, TTI, Toshiba, Kyocera, Brother, and DJI.
