1. Training Plan:
Within the first 3 months of joining, each department will assign a dedicated mentor for rotational internships and provide specialized training for specific roles. A 2-year management trainee program will be established.
2. Career Development:
We offer dual career development paths in management and technology.
Management Path: Intern (3 months) → Assistant Engineer → Engineer → Supervisor → Manager → Senior Manager → Department Head/Director → Plant Manager
Technology Path: Intern (3 months) → Assistant Engineer → Engineer → Senior Engineer → Chief Engineer
